West Peak Constructions is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage residential construction projects across Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors and site works
• Check construction quality and ensure works comply with drawings and specifications
• Manage site safety, cleanliness and trade sequencing
• Prepare and follow up the 5-Day Look Ahead Program
• Monitor construction progress and identify and report delays or issues early
• Provide daily site updates, including progress, issues and photos
• Identify site variations and coordinate with the Project Coordinator
• Confirm subcontractor work progress and quality to support payment checking
• Work closely with the Project Coordinator and Director

Requirements:

• Experience in residential construction site management in Victoria
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of assigned projects
• Strong English communication skills
• Strong site coordination, management and control skills
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
• Good understanding of residential construction processes, quality control and site safety
• Strong subcontractor management skills
• Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Good knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards
• Buildxact experience is preferred, but training can be provided

Work Location:

Mainly Melbourne’s eastern and south-eastern suburbs
