QUALIFICATIONS

• Red Seal Millwright certification (421A or equivalent)
• 10+ years of experience as a millwright, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience with equipment installations, shutdowns, and plant maintenance
• Competent in rigging, troubleshooting, and mechanical layout
• Basic welding and fabrication skills considered an asset
• Able to read and interpret mechanical and fabrication drawings
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working at industrial customer sites (travel required)
