We are seeking a talented Site Support Engineer to join our Mission Data Processing program to provide critical operational support at our site. The ideal candidate will assist with resource coordination, status reporting, administrative tasks, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. This role requires a self-starter with strong initiative and experience in process management to support site leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support data transfer activities across sites
  • Allocate workstations and coordinate on-site personnel and visitor escorting
  • Provide consistent status updates and manage Priority 1 (P1) reporting
  • Support the site lead with administrative tasks and ad hoc duties
  • Manage account paperwork for NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS systems
  • Oversee on-site hardware management
  • Develop and implement new program processes to enhance workflow and efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in process management and operational support
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a strong initiative and problem-solving ability
  • Familiarity with NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS account management is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • TS/SCI Clearance required

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required or equivalent experience
