Are you a positive person that enjoys making an impact on the community? Then keep reading! Briljent is seeking ON-SITE SUPPORT SPECIALISTS for a project throughout the State of Illinois. This project will involve in-state travel to local offices to support the "Go-Live" activities and implementation of a new computer system. Travel to facility for on-site technology training Help employees with questions on functions of new system Troubleshoot any issues with new system Provide training and high-level customer service to client employees Available July - September Requirements Experience training, teaching or instructing in a one-on-one or small group setting Able to adapt to different working environments Must understand software documentation, including user guides and design docs to learn the software solution Patience and a calming presence in the face of change and adversity Able to comprehend and retain new information Intermediate user of computer technology Reliable transportation to multiple offices within the state of Illinois Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions: These physical demands must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Responsibilities
The Site Support Specialist will travel to local offices to provide on-site technology training and support for a new system implementation. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues and providing high-level customer service to client employees.
