EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate degree or work experience equivalent
  • 2 years of work experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills Additional Requirements
  • Excellent work history with a track record of being a reliable and responsible individual (provide references from previous employers)
  • Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Site Support Specialist is an individual contributor with responsibility to support clinical research staff in the process of planning and implementing clinical trials. This position will support research teams in all activities related to clinical studies including collecting site data, assuring complete site file, entering study data, organizing and maintaining research documents, documenting study activities, and participating in team meetings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding clinical research.
  • Review and participate in team and site training.
  • Assist with site recruitment activities, screening, and enrollment.
  • Collect essential research data and documents, as outlined in the study protocol.
  • Execute internal and external communications with research.
  • Support projects by working with the research team, performing research-related tasks, and adhering to and monitoring project schedules and deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as needed and within the scope of work.
  • Forge long standing work relationships.
