Job Description We have an opportunity for a Site Traffic Management Specialist (STMS) to join our Wellington Transport Alliance (WTA) whānau. This role will see you work amongst with a close-knit team whose mission is to safely connect the Wellington region. The job What makes (WTA) special is the variety of work that we are involved in. Some of the day to day tasks include; Managing the temporary traffic management requirements across the Wellington Transport Alliance network Site setups Mentoring and being a role model for fellow Workmates with TTM Managing TTM sites Report all incidents, accidents and near misses Proactively lead the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone on site in line with company standards, procedures and regulations. Category A STMS Practising or Category B STMS Practising or Category C STMS Practising Experience working within traffic management and civil construction space. Class 2 licence as a minimum. Ability to use IT devices, IPad/Tough Book. An unwavering commitment towards living safely with a safety record to match. Be a team player. Good level of physical fitness. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be self-motivated & driven to succeed. Be reliable and trustworthy.
