JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Site Walkthrough Technician for an upcoming site visit with one of our clients. This on-site opportunity involves walking through a server room, documenting systems, connections, and setups, and reporting findings to the project manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience working with server rooms and IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with rack and stack procedures
• Ability to accurately read port matrices
• Attention to detail and strong reporting skills
• Available to work on-site in Richmond, BC on July 2nd

• Conduct a thorough walkthrough of the client’s site
• Take clear pictures of the server room setup
• Count the number of systems and network/power connections
• Read and understand port matrices
• Compile and submit a detailed summary report to the project manager
