Keymind, a Division of Axiom Resource Management, Inc., is a software development and user experience firm based in Northern Virginia. Our projects cover a broad spectrum, from custom Web and application development to digital services and communication support, for a wide range of customers.
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Mid-level Sitecore Developer who is dedicated to developing web applications that merge business goals with user needs. Working throughout the lifecycle, the Developer will have a hands-on role to ensure the successful development of scalable, robust and flexible solutions that meet the business goals.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

  • Ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience with Sitecore Content Management System (CMS), through version 10.0.
  • At least 5 years of web and software development experience
  • At least 3 years of experience developing .NET solutions, including expertise with C#, and Visual Studio. Experience with Web Forms, MVC, .NET Core a plus
  • At least 3 years working with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing complex SQL queries. Experience writing stored procedures, functions, triggers a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience managing AWS Cloud environments
  • Understanding of and experience with Javascript and JQuery
  • Experience with source control solutions (Subversion, Git, Mercurial, TFS)
  • Technical depth to write and understand code specifications.
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to proactively communicate and collaborate with customers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, management, and other technical team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Experience participating in all phases of the SDLC, from requirements validation, through development, testing, and deployment. Agile development and JIRA experience is a plus.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience working in an organization with established processes (CMMI, ISO, Agile), including established configuration management practices.
  • Understanding of CSS concepts, and frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)
  • Experience with technologies such as Linux, PHP, WordPress, Drupal.
  • Experience writing and implementing unit tests
  • Understanding of Section 508 guidelines, and experience implementing them in web-based solutions
