Collect and analyze market data and trends to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies. 2. Communicate with customers to answer customer's questions, provide information, and evaluate their needs. 3. Manage marketing content, including advertising materials, brochures and other promotional materials. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. General Responsibilities 1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area. 2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements. 3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts. 4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Qualifications: 1. A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field 2. At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry. 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 4. Familiarity with logistics operations, freight forwarding, and transportation services is a plus 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 8.
