This role falls under our X- Dubai umbrella and be responsible for planning, instructing and supervising at the park and to facilitate the operational activities of park. Th role is at Kite Beach, Dubai Responsibilities To provide expert instruction and coaching in skateboarding techniques. To develop and implement lesson plans tailored to different skill levels and age groups. To enforce safety rules and guidelines, ensuring a secure environment for all participants. To conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance. To assess individual abilities and provide constructive feedback to help kids improve. To plan progressive training drills and exercises to enhance skills. To monitor participants during sessions, ensuring their safety and adherence to park rules. To maintain a high level of supervision at all times. To foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere among participants. To address inquiries and concerns from parents and guardians professionally and promptly. To assist in organizing and conducting special events, workshops, and competitions. To possess knowledge of basic first aid and be prepared to respond to minor injuries. To notify appropriate personnel in case of serious incidents. To manage equipment rentals for customers. To assist in the daily opening and closing procedures of the facility. To supervise activities and children within the park. To assist in the upkeeping of the facility and upstairs office. To assist and collaborate with the team on events and projects. To perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager. Inspect program spaces as needed to ensure a safe and positive experience for participants and spectators. Qualifications Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications High school or equivalent Experience A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
