We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest services, and overseeing a staff within a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, a background in hospitality or customer service , and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong background in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cash handling processes effectively.
  • Previous experience in guest/customer services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
