About the Role
We’re on the lookout for Christmas casual team members to join us at Skechers!
If you’re friendly, driven, and ready to deliver a standout customer experience, we want you on our team.
You’ll be the face of the brand — welcoming customers, helping them find their perfect pair, and keeping the store looking great.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
• Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
• Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
• Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine passion for customer service and retail
• Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Full availability from October to mid-January 2024 – especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
