Your Role • Lead, coach, and inspire your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. • Drive a high-performance culture through training, motivation, and ongoing development. • Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and wage control. • Monitor store performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver strong commercial results. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. • Recruit, develop, and mentor future retail leaders.
