REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in SketchUp, especially with terrain modeling, large-scale environments, and component organization
• Experience with rendering tools for natural lighting and outdoor scenes
• Strong understanding of landscape architecture, site planning, or exterior spatial design
• Ability to interpret site plans, CAD drawings, and landscape layouts
• Solid grasp of natural materials, scale, and context in outdoor design
• Portfolio showcasing 3D outdoor models and visualizations

OFFICE/TEAM SKILLS:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with design team in an office setting
• Time management and project coordination experience
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

• Create detailed models of outdoor environments using SketchUp, including terrain, hardscape, softscape, lighting, and structures
• Interpret site plans, landscape designs, and topographic data into accurate, visually compelling models
• Update models based on client feedback, project revisions, and site changes
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to documentation and naming conventions
