Description

Coordinate and supervise staff and operations for all snow school. Work closely with management team to ensure an exceptional snow school experience is delivered.

Experience / Requirements

  • Minimum active CSIA/CASI /CANSI Level 3 in good standing of 3
  • Two year’s previous experience in a supervisory or lead role
  • High integrity and adaptable
  • Physically fit to ski and/or ride
  • Able to work in the evening and weekends.
  • Have an extensive knowledge of all Ski + Ride programs, resort activities and events
  • Have a strong computing skill with the ability to onboard new software platform
Responsibilities
  • Provide daily effective leadership which inspires both staff and guests.
  • Delegate, assign and manage non-teaching tasks.
  • Accountable for the efficient and effective of lesson assignments between guests and Ski + Ride pros
  • Provide coverage in the absence of Manager & Sales Supervisor as required.
  • Work with sales staff to ensure desired wage to revenue targets, booking of groups, programs and lessons as required.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and approval of hours as required.
  • Provide training to Ski + Ride School staff, provide progressive & corrective action per PMV EE Guidelines as required.
  • Coordinate with other PMV departments to arrange scheduling of non-teaching activities for Ski + ride School staff.
  • Coordinate Ski + Ride School equipment and supplies as required.
  • Teach lessons as required based on guest needs and business volumes.
  • Other duties as required.
