Pulse Boot Lab is on the hunt for a hands-on, detail-driven Banff Store Manager to help lead our dynamic ski boot fitting operation. We specialize in precision boot fitting, custom insole creation, and tailored modifications to ensure every skier gets the perfect fit.
This role goes beyond traditional retail management—you’ll be involved in the day-to-day operations, team leadership, and the unique craft of boot fitting.

The Position:
We’re looking for a store manager, to help run day to day operations & staffing. We provide competitive salary based on experience, and ability to adapt existing skill set to complement our fitting process and products. A fitting role at Pulse is not dissimilar to an apprenticeship where we provide formal and informal direction and training.

Requirements:

• Management or Assistant Management experience in retail or hospitality industry
• Passion for skiing and drive to improve the skiing experience of others
• Ability to multitask in a high energy, high paced environment
• International boot fitting experience preferred but not essential
• Experience with Pulse tools and systems is an asset however we are able to train the right candidate
• Mechanical aptitude/detail oriented

Responsibilities:

• Employee management, including but not limited to scheduling, training
• Customer & POS management, including but not limited to warranty handling, POS & inventory management
• All aspects of retail sales, service and client care
• Technical aspects of boot/liner/footbed fabrication and modification

Season Opening Dates:
Starting October, closing mid April.
