Buller Ski & Snowboard School (SSS) are seeking candidates to join the Lessons/Tickets Sales team this winter season. The SSS sales team is responsible for booking ski and snowboard lessons for guests both in person at our on mountain sales location or over the phone.
As a member of the the SSS sales team you will the first point of contact for the majority of our guests, so ensuring they receive the best possible guest service is a must. Your ability, willingness, flexibility and “can do!” attitude are required to achieve this. You will need to possess the ability to work within a strong yet fun team environment.
As a guest service representative you will be expected to maintain a pleasant, professional manner and be well-groomed in appearance.

• Promoting and selling lessons, lift tickets, and packaged combinations of our products using our point of sale system (RTP).
• Assisting guests in identifying the best ticket and/or lesson options for themselves and family members.
• Assisting guests with queries or issues related to ski/snowboard lessons, lift access or ticket sales.
• Answering phones in the SSS office and assisting guests in booking private lessons over the phone.
• Maintaining a pleasant, professional manner and be well groomed in appearance.
• Assist in working within the Children’s Ski & Snowboard School programs where directed.
