*STAFF HOUSING AVAILABLE & SUBSIDIZED SKI PASS INCLUDED*

We are searching for an established Ski Technician/ Sales Associate (that has experience operating a tuning machine, we use a Wintersteiger machine OR a skilled boot fitter) to work 32-40 hours per week.
Day to day your task will include chatting with customers about current skis, boot fit, tune and wax skis and snowboards, mount bindings, handling ski and snowboard rentals and restocking the hard goods area.

Requirements:

• Technical knowledge in the ski industry, including rental shop experience, boot fitting and the ability to independently and confidently tune skis and snowboards (using wintersteiger)
• Character - upbeat attitude, confident and concise in making decisions to guide staff and customers, empathy and strong decision making skills are key.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritizing task effectively
• Develop a community culture through strong customer rapport and exceptional customer service.
• Find ways to increase store sales through effective inventory management, merchandising and continuously seeking opportunities for growth through in-store findings.
• Stay up to date with new releases and upcoming product and ensuring the team is also informed
• Ability to skate sharpen a big plus

We are a tight knit team with majority of our group going into their second or third Winter with us, we are looking for not only the right skills but the right fit for our team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
