Description Tangent Technologies is seeking an individual who is hard-working, reliable and can work independently for the Pallet Builder position. This person will be responsible for building new pallets and repairing old ones. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Must be safety oriented. Must know how to read a tape measurer. Must be able to work independently. SHIFT HOURS 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM with Occasional OT as needed Monday - Friday Pay $18 / hour Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred 1+ years of continuous employment in a manufacturing environment preferred. Pneumatic nail gun and Chop saw is preferred but not required. Forklift experience is preferred but not required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques. Must be able to work in high heat conditions. BENEFITS PTO Eligible for benefits following 30 days of employment (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401K (up to 5% match) available after 90 days of employment
