Invictus Professional Snowfighters is hiring skid steer and front-end loader operators to support our snow removal operations for the 2025–2026 winter season. This is an on-call, weather-dependent position serving commercial and residential properties across the region.
Whether you’re an experienced operator looking for seasonal work or an owner-operator with your own equipment, we’d be glad to have you on our team. Operators without equipment will be placed on company-owned machines, while owner-operators will receive higher rates for providing their own.

• Operate a skid steer or front-end loader to perform snow removal and site clearing.
• Respond quickly and professionally during snow events.
• Communicate with dispatch and site leads to ensure timely service.
