JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Skills Development Instructor fluent in Arabic and English. This role involves teaching, mentoring, and guiding students while integrating technology and practical skills into the learning experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to use digital teaching tools.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt teaching approaches.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous teaching or training experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.

• Deliver lessons in both Arabic and English across a variety of skill-building topics.
• Design interactive, technology-supported lesson plans to engage learners.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Use computer tools, software, and online platforms to enhance instruction.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
