We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics is preferred.
• Familiarity with concrete forming, masonry, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, rebar installation, and roofing is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively within a construction setting.
• Previous experience in maintenance person services or general labor roles is beneficial.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery operation is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the workday.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

• Assist in the construction and restoration of structures by performing tasks such as concrete forming, masonry, and roofing.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of projects.
• Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding as required by project specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
• Perform heavy lifting as needed to support construction activities.
• Engage in carpentry and woodworking tasks to create or repair structures.
• Execute plumbing and electrical work under supervision when necessary.
• Participate in construction estimating processes to assist project planning.
• Conduct assembly of components for various projects as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
