Position: Skilled Barwiser Operator
Location: Pembroke, Ontario
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour (Full-time, based on experience)
Shifts: 1:30 pm to midnight and 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., with occasional weekend and Sunday shifts (as required).
One of our clients is looking for a highly motivated Barwiser Operator to join their team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for operating Barwiser equipment, fabricating rebar products, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. QUALIFICATIONS:

· 1–3 years of experience in rebar fabrication or operating Barwiser machinery.
· Hands-on experience with manual or older MEP rebar machines (bending/cutting) is strongly preferred.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints or work orders.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in fabrication.
· Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor.
· Must be safety-conscious and committed to following all company protocols and guidelines.

· Set up, adjust, and operate the Barwiser to fabricate rebar supports, spacers, and accessories.
· Inspect and verify that all fabricated items meet project specifications and structural integrity standards.
· Follow safety protocols and conduct pre-operation equipment checks to ensure safe and efficient machine operation.
· Assist with general labor duties as needed and collaborate with other team members to meet production targets.
· Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
· Perform routine maintenance checks on the Barwiser and report any issues.
