Job description:

OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking Skilled Construction Workers for a variety of ongoing projects in Vancouver and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and able to commute to job sites either by personal vehicle or public transit. You must have your own basic construction gear and a strong understanding of general construction practices. If you’re ready to take on meaningful work in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience working on construction sites in a skilled labor capacity
• Located in Vancouver or nearby areas, with reliable transportation (vehicle or transit)
• Must have own PPE, including:
• Hard hat
• Steel-toed boots
• Reflective vest

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Solid understanding of construction methods, tools, and job site procedures
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently when needed
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative on site

• Perform skilled construction tasks such as framing, forming, drywall installation, and concrete work
• Assist in preparing job sites, including setup and layout work
• Operate a range of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Work alongside tradespeople and site supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
• Load and unload materials, and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Follow safety protocols and report any site hazards immediately
• Contribute to timely completion of projects by performing work to a high standard
