Have you ever wanted to try demo? Are you a hard worker who enjoys variety in your work? HM Brandt LLC is looking for additional Skilled Laborers to join our team. Experience in the construction industry and operating power tools & lifts is a plus, but not required. We work throughout SE WI and perform demolition on a variety of project types from warehouses, commercial spaces to restaurants and much more. A positive attitude, ability to work on your feet in a fast paced environment and good work ethic is a must. Training We look forward to hearing from you!

JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction / demolition sites
• Operating hand & power tools at construction sites
• Operate small equipment, bobcats, lifts, dingoes, floor scrapers on construction / demolition sites.
• Perform cleaning at jobsites to ensure a clean and safe work environment
• Work as part of a multi person crew or individually

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work on your feet in a fast paced environment
• Basic knowledge of safe power tool use
• Ability to lift at least 50 Ibs
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors
• Desire to work as part of a team

EDUCATION

• High school or equivalent (Required)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience laboring/working in the construction industry
• Experience operating skid loaders, lifts or other small machinery
• OSHA 10 training
