JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Fencer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills in construction, enabling them to contribute effectively to various fencing projects. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to fencing installation.
• Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to perform basic fabrication tasks as required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A valid driving license is preferred for transportation to job sites.

• Install various types of fencing, including wooden, composite and security.
• Measure and mark fence lines accurately to ensure proper alignment and placement.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
• Perform carpentry tasks related to fencing installation, including framing and post setting.
• Assist with masonry work as needed for fence foundations or decorative elements.
• Collaborate with team members on larger projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
