Description We are seeking a Skilled Finisher to join our team. The Finisher will be responsible for completing final touches on metal parts using various handheld tools and techniques to ensure high-quality finished products. - Measure and mark equipment, objects, or parts to ensure grinding and polishing standards are met. - Utilize equipment such as sanders, grinders, and various handheld power tools including buffers to complete finishing of product. - Fabricate and assemble components to meet specifications -Repair and maintain equipment, objects, or parts using hand tools. -Buff, contoured, and irregular surfaces to conform to templates, other parts, layouts, or blueprint specifications. - Select abrasives, according to size, and shapes of workpieces, finishes specified, and steps in finishing processes - Perform mechanical tasks such as programming and using micrometers for accurate measurements - Inspect finished products for quality control purposes -Verifies specifications using visual -Maintains a clean work environment and safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. -Ability to meet production deadlines; follows routes and process time. Requirements - Attention to detail - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis - Proficiency in metal finishing processes and techniques - Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings - Familiarity with handheld power tools - Experience with quality control and inspection of products Join our team as a Finisher and contribute to the production of top-quality metal parts through your expertise and attention to detail.
