JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking skilled Carpenters specializing in finishing techniques to meet our project specification. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and a strong attention to detail. This role requires expertise in reading blueprints, using specialized tools, and applying finishing techniques to meet project specifications.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
  • Technical skills, proficient with carpentry tools e.g router, track saw and beam saw.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Material knowledge, familiarity with various wood types, finishes and construction materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.

  • Perform quality checks on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process and implement effective solutions.
