Job Summary: We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support an upcoming project. Opportunities are available for individuals of all experience levels—from entry-level candidates to those with more advanced construction or trade skills. This role involves a variety of tasks including basic site cleanup, material handling, and assisting skilled trades as needed. Key Responsibilities: Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and maintaining a safe work environment Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment Support skilled tradespeople with tasks as directed Operate basic hand and power tools (based on experience level) Follow all safety guidelines and job site procedures Complete tasks efficiently and according to project timelines Qualifications: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and take direction Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment (preferred but not required for all roles) Preferred Skills (for higher-skill roles): Experience in construction Familiarity with hand and power tools Ability to read basic measurements or blueprints Required PPE & Tools: Steel toe boots (required) Hard hat, safety vest, and work gloves Basic hand tools (for experienced candidates)
