Pay: £160 - £180 a day depending on experience

We are a growing eco installation company, specialising in sustainable solutions for residential properties. Our work includes ventilation, insulation, renewable systems, and energy-saving installations. We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Multi-Skilled Labourer to join our team and support our projects around the UK.
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Labourer, you will work alongside our experienced installation teams, supporting electricians, fitters, and engineers. The role will be varied and practical, with the opportunity to develop your skills in eco-friendly construction and building services.

Key Responsibilities

• Drilling core holes for ventilation and services.
• Assisting electricians with cabling, trunking, and containment works.
• Fitting ventilation units into windows and walls.
• Carrying out undercuts on internal doors for ventilation systems.
• Installing ducting for fans and heat recovery units.
• Fitting vent tiles and terminals in roofs.
• General site support including handling tools, materials, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Following all site Health & Safety procedures.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in construction, property maintenance, or installation roles.
• Confident using hand tools, power tools, and working at height.
• Basic understanding of building services (electrical, ventilation, plumbing) is an advantage.
• CSCS card preferred but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence desirable.
• Own tools required.
