JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a skilled labour role or similar position is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed.

• Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
