In this full-time role, you’ll tackle maintenance and renovation projects in condo buildings across Ottawa, from drywall repairs to full-unit upgrades. We work in occupied spaces, so professionalism and attention to detail matter just as much as your toolbelt. REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on construction experience (required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Cleanliness and professionalism are critical due to working in occupied spaces
• Must be comfortable with both indoor and outdoor work year-round

• Perform a variety of residential and commercial construction tasks
• Travel between multiple job sites across Ottawa
• Interact professionally with clients and residents in condo settings
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful work environment
• Drywall repairs and painting are a strong asset
