JOB OVERVIEW

at jennings joinery we are looking at a reliable hardworking skilled Labourer willing to join the team and grow with us. we are looking for someone with a passion to learn and grown in their skills. you will be assisting and learning from a joiner directly at time. with the option for progression as work progresses. we are looking for someone with a DRIVING LICENSE as part of your tasks would be driving the company vehicle’s where needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Strong physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 25 kg).
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive approach towards health and safety practices in the workplace.
• A valid driver’s licence is mandatory.

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist in the assembly and installation of structures or components as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
