Project Management and Building Etc Ltd is a growing business established in 2013, based in Exeter, Devon and covering the whole of the South West. We are a specialist building company with a passion for preserving heritage and delivering high-quality construction. With years of experience working on older and historic properties, we bring craftsmanship, attention to detail, and respect for tradition to every project.

Our work is divided into two key streams:

• Heritage & Community Projects

We work closely with organisations such as the National Trust and the Diocese, as well as private clients, to carry out sensitive restorations, extensions, and alterations that respect the character of historic properties while meeting modern needs.

• Architect-Led Projects

We collaborate with leading architects on larger-scale developments, from high-end renovations to major restoration projects. These projects combine modern design and construction techniques with the same level of craftsmanship and care we are known for.
Whether restoring a listed building, creating a bespoke extension, or delivering a contemporary new home, our focus is always on quality, integrity, and delivering results that stand the test of time.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a Skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This role is essential to our mission of delivering high-quality building services across commercial and domestic properties in the UK. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to respond swiftly to client needs and maintain our reputation for reliability.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the building trade
• Confident working in customer-facing roles
• A team player with a strong work ethic
• UK driving licence is essential
• Applicants must be 25+ (due to insurance requirements for driving our tipper truck)

  Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
