PRIMARY ASSIGNMENTS:

• Performs a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled tasks.
• Support and assist on-site team members: laborer, pipe layer, foreman, plumber, operator.
• General job set-up, site clean-up, and materials removal.
• Support on-site coordination of manpower, materials, and equipment to complete the project.
• Maintain a safe job site, remove or attend to safety hazards as they become known.

Experience:

• construction: 2 years (required

• Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and initiative.
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean abstract; personal reliable transportation.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• General knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment repair, and preventative maintenance procedures is an asset.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions; 10 to 12-hour days.
• Understanding of, and adherence to construction procedure and safety practices.
• Concrete (form, mixing, pouring), minor fill finishing, and basic landscaping.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
