EDUCATION/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in civil construction or related field
  • Strong understanding of safe work practices in construction environments
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and challenging terrain
  • Safety certifications such as CSTS, WHMIS, First Aid
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract, and ability to pass pre-employment requirements
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced Skilled Labourers to join our team on upcoming civil earthworks and infrastructure projects in Northeastern BC. The ideal candidates have a proven background working in civil construction environments, are comfortable performing a variety of physical tasks, and take pride in working safely, efficiently, and collaboratively.
In this role, you will support construction crews with general labour, site preparation, and material handling, contributing directly to the safe and successful delivery of our projects.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform general labour duties on civil construction projects, including site cleanup, trenching, grading support, and material handling
  • Assist with earthworks activities, pipe installation, and concrete work as required
  • Operate small tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support equipment operators and follow direction from site supervisors
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and industry best practices
  • Participate in daily safety meetings and hazard assessments
