JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking skilled labourers with experience in various construction tasks to support ongoing projects. The ideal candidates will have expertise in specific trades, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a skilled labourer in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical plans (if applicable).
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum [X] years of experience in construction or a specific trade.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Vocational training or trade certification (an advantage).

• Perform skilled tasks related to construction, such as masonry, carpentry, steel fixing, or scaffolding.
• Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or project specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with site safety regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project progress.
• Identify and report potential issues or hazards on site.
• Maintain tools and work areas in clean and working condition.
