• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment.
• Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a skilled construction role.

• Perform skilled tasks such as masonry, carpentry, painting, tiling, plastering, or other assigned construction activities.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or plans to execute tasks accurately.
• Assist in setting up construction sites, including loading/unloading materials and tools.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
