OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and reliable skilled Landscaper / Landscape Labourer to join our high-end garden design and build team. This is a hands-on role working on premium residential projects across London and Surrey. You’ll need proven landscaping experience, a strong work ethic, and pride in delivering exceptional results.
Working alongside our senior landscapers, you’ll help bring award-winning garden designs to life using quality materials and craftsmanship. If you have a background in landscaping or construction, enjoy variety in your work, and want to be part of a small, friendly team, we’d like to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in landscaping or related trades
• Skilled with hand tools and basic machinery
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• CSCS card an advantage but not essential
• Right to work in the UK
• Background in construction or similar trades is beneficial
• Able to work independently and communicate well with the team

• Hard landscaping: paving, pavers, composite decking, fencing, raised beds
• Soft landscaping: soil preparation, planting, turfing
• Site preparation and general labouring
• Assisting senior landscapers on premium projects
