Job Description Skilled Machine Operator Shifts; Days OR Nights available (3 on 3 off, 12 hour shifts, 7 till 7) Salary: £27,725.54(days) / £30,533.32 (nights) We are seeking a diligent and skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our production lines. This position involves maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality. Duties involved: Responsible for delivery of PCS 2.0 and SIC from line Demonstrate an ability to identify problems, solve and action on an hourly basis Accountable for delivery of the Process KPI’s from the packing including Health & Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Cost & waste on a shifty basis Responsible for line/shift specific consumer complaints Conduct audits to identify areas of improvement to monitor employee performance and area housekeeping Recognise unsafe conditions/behaviours and action accordingly Understand process parameters and how they impact KPI performance Drive and improve housekeeping standards and adherence to GMP within responsible area Understand fault report system and proper use of system Ability to identify tags and update the tag registers for responsible area Give appropriate feedback to staff operating in the processing area Complies with all companies procedures. Assist with the training of other colleagues Qualifications Experience within a manufacturing role Strong People and Leadership Skills. Working knowledge root cause analysis. Sound verbal and numerical reasoning. Capable of prioritisation. Knowledge how to use CI tools and systems. Additional Information PLEASE NOTE We will be holding a careers open day on the 22nd April in which we will be holding interview and tours of the factory. You will be invited to attend on submission of your application and correct/transferable experience required for the roles.
