Ensure development and execution of preventative maintenance plan in accordance with current Policies and Procedures. Problem solving, time management, leadership, teamwork, and budgeting skills are necessary. Familiarity with computers and electronics are desired. Equal Opportunity Employer. All positions subject to background and drug screening. Requirements Driver's License High School diploma or GED 5 + years' experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work under supervision. Journeyman status or equivalent in two skills preferred. HVAC certification required.
