We are searching for a Skilled Maintenance Operative to support the team in the day to day presentation & maintenance of our Sunday Mills, Co-Living site in Battersea. You will ensure client & colleague safety & comfort at all times alongside delivering excellent customer service.

• To ensure works completed are to a high standard & completed within realistic time frame / stipulated time.
• To ensure stock, tools & materials are kept to an acceptable level & usable standard.
• To communicate effectively & continuously as reasonably practicable with the facilities manager & other departments as required.
• Inform company of any additional works needed at location.

. Work well independently, yet be supportive of team members and goals.

• To leave work clean & tidy upon leaving.
• Be able to make sure any works completed are compliant in line with HSE and water bye-laws.
• Be able to respond effectively to emergency situations.
• To identify & communicate potential areas for future works.
• To complete all paperwork & procedures in set timelines.
• To attend all safety briefings/tool box talks.
