QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in maintenance, with a track record of reliability and solution-oriented actions.
• Strong communication skills – ability to clearly articulate issues and solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• A proactive, action-oriented mindset, always ready to tackle challenges head-on.
• Technical know-how in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Availability for on-call emergencies, demonstrating reliability and readiness.

• Conduct routine and emergency maintenance with a focus on clear communication and transparency.
• Troubleshoot and repair various systems, always looking for the most effective solutions.
• Be a reliable point of contact for our residents, addressing their maintenance needs with prompt action.
• Collaborate openly with management and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Engage in continuous learning and proactive problem-solving.
• Uphold safety standards with a conscientious and detail-oriented approach.
