Description We're looking for someone who can think critically, troubleshoot problems efficiently, follow directions, communicate professionally, and consistently deliver quality workmanship across residential and commercial properties. What You'll Do Complete general maintenance and repair work Diagnose mechanical and property maintenance issues Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections Complete work orders accurately and efficiently using a company-provided tablet Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards Requirements What We're Looking For Multiple years of maintenance experience Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently while following directions Strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving skills Good judgment and common sense when approaching repairs Strong communication skills with the ability to explain issues and solutions clearly Open to feedback and constructive criticism Reliable, professional, and dependable Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work in a variety of environments Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable personal vehicle for travel between job sites Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Skills Experience with plumbing Experience with HVAC systems Quality drywall installation and repair skills Formal industry training, trade school, apprenticeship, or equivalent professional experience Portfolio or photos of previous work (a plus)
