Description Skilled Maintenance - Memphis, TN Full-time | $22.00 - $25.00/hour | 40 hours/ week Faith based nonprofit Wesley Living has provided excellent housing services to seniors since 1969. Who we are and what we do centers on our Core Values of Service, Compassion, and Integrity. We are looking for detail-oriented and dependable individual to use interpersonal and customer service skills to serve the elderly by performing general and advanced maintenance work in and around the property including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. Ensure development and execution of preventative maintenance plan in accordance with current Policies and Procedures. Problem solving, time management, leadership, teamwork, and budgeting skills are necessary. Familiarity with computers and electronics are desired.
