Description
Job Description We’re looking for a seasoned, precision-driven fabricator with strong technical skills and a craftsman’s mindset. At our Springville facility, we create high-end, custom metal products that require more than just basic fabrication. This role is for someone who thrives on complexity—reading plans, solving fabrication challenges, and working closely with designers to bring one-of-a-kind products to life. If you take pride in the details others overlook, can hold tight tolerances, and work well fixing product problems on the fly—this is your kind of shop. Visit www.rustica.com [http://www.rustica.com] to see the artistry behind our work, then picture yourself as a key player in helping it all come together. ---------------------------------------- What You’ll Bring to the Team: • Proven expertise in MIG and TIG welding, layout, cutting, and forming—comfortable working from prints or CAD files • Experience with jigs, fixtures, and advanced fabrication methods to ensure precision and repeatability • Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills—able to spot and resolve inconsistencies before they become issues • Deep knowledge of material properties and fabrication processes, including mild steel, stainless, and aluminum • Ability to troubleshoot fabrication challenges independently and with the team • Familiarity with shop safety standards and experience training or mentoring less experienced team members • Strong communication and collaboration skills—you work well with design, production, and finishing teams • A hands-on, detail-obsessed work ethic ---------------------------------------- What You’ll Get in Return: • The opportunity to build top-tier architectural metalwork that’s shipped around the world • A consistent, indoor production environment with modern tools and steady, year-round work • Opportunities for advancement and influence—you’ll be part of improving processes and mentoring others • Competitive benefits, including medical insurance, 401(k) with company match, and generous PTO • A four-day workweek—Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Enjoy every weekend off, guaranteed. ---------------------------------------- Join the Rustica Team If you’re a metal fabricator who loves the craft, knows their way around advanced fabrication tools, and wants to work somewhere your skills are valued, we’d love to meet you. Rustica is an equal opportunity employer. All employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected status. All candidates considered for hire must pass a pre-employment drug test. Refusal to participate will result in disqualification from further consideration.
