SKILLED OPERATIVE - KITTING - B SHIFT DAYS 3’S AND 2’S 06:00-18:00 AT £12.68 PER HOUR.

As a Skilled Operative in Kitting, you will be responsible for ensuring all food preparation is carried out including using a machine for slicing up various vegetables and preparing all mixers ready for the mixing operatives. Additionally there is the skilled side of the role which is the batching and weighing of ingredients into large bins, then transferring via a mechanical lift into an industrial paddle mixer for a specific duration, then into bins for the Filling Lines, whilst filling out all checks. As part of your role, you will be ensuring the team are working to their maximum potential as well as ensuring that the machinery is working consistently and correctly. You will be responsible for monitoring production to help attain KPIs for productivity and efficiency.
