Responsibilities

THE ROLE – SOLDERING AT THE HEART OF WHAT WE DO:

We are looking for a highly skilled Production Operative with proven soldering experience to join our growing team. This is not a general assembly role — soldering is a critical part of our production process, and we are seeking someone who can bring accuracy, consistency, and pride to every joint and connection.
If you have a steady hand, a keen eye for detail, and a track record of quality soldering, we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Soldering electronic components and cable assemblies to a consistently high standard (this is an essential part of the role)
  • Reading and following technical drawings and work instructions
  • Crimping and assembling cables and wire harnesses to specification
  • Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area
  • Recording production details and reporting issues to the supervisor
