As a Skilled Production Worker, you play a vital role in keeping the production process running smoothly. You work independently with precision, spot deviations and monitor both quality and safety closely. This role carries more responsibility than a standard production position, with active involvement on the production floor. You will be working with containers for the food industry, so maintaining a clean and hygienic environment is essential.

Your tasks include:

• Operate and set up machines following clear work instructions
• Spot quality or process deviations and resolve them independently when possible
• Keep the workspace safe, clean and well-organized
• Support colleagues on the floor and step in when needed
• Coordinate with coworkers, the technical team and your supervisor during breakdowns or shift handovers

You will work Monday to Friday in a three-shift system, with the following hours:
06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00. Occasionally, you may be asked to work on Saturdays, for which you’ll receive extra pay. Sundays are always off. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
