Description We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Trades Apprentice to join our team. This role is designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the trades while learning hands-on from experienced professionals. The apprentice will assist with installations, repairs, maintenance, and service work while developing technical skills, safety knowledge, and professionalism in the field. Requirements Key Areas of Responsibility Assist licensed technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems Learn proper use of tools, materials, and industry best practices Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Follow all safety procedures and company policies Accurately complete required paperwork and job documentation Communicate professionally with customers and team members Participate in on-the-job training and any required classroom or certification programs Perform general labor duties as needed to support the crew Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow within the company Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with hands Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions (heat, cold, tight spaces, ladders) Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred) Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and coachability Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus but not required What We Offer Paid, hands-on training with experienced technicians Clear career path and advancement opportunities Competitive starting pay with performance-based increases Benefits package (health insurance, PTO, retirement options, etc.) Company-provided tools, uniforms, and safety equipment Supportive team culture focused on growth and development Why Join Us?
